Bearing the name of its creator, this family négociant founded in 1898 has eight hectares of vineyards on the hillside of Montagne de Reims and around Aÿ. A blend of Pinot Noir and a quarter of Chardonnay, this cuvée is aged 30 months on lees. The depth of this champagne stands out on the attack - it is bold, warm and tense while expressing itself through accents of biscotti, nougat, applesauce and toast. Remarkable!
