Stéphane Orieux Muscadet Sèvre et Maine sur Lie la Bregeonnette 2024
Detailed info
Located in north-western France, the Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine appellation benefits from a granite- and schist-rich terroir that enhances the freshness and precision of the Melon de Bourgogne grape variety. This cuvée by Stéphane Orieux is a perfect illustration, offering a wine that is both indulgent and elegant. Ageing on fine lees, carried out a few months after vinification, adds roundness and complexity. Sublime as an apéritif, it also pairs beautifully with fresh oysters or pasta with clams and lemon zest.
