The very rich, succulent and borderline opulent medium-bodied flavors coat the palate with copious dry extract that also buffers the moderately firm acid spine shaping the bitter lemon-inflected finish. This is both stylish and classy and should amply reward up to a decade of cellaring; besides it will need at least a few years to integrate the wood.”
