    Unable to vinify the estate's "Plante" cuvée following the 2016 frost, Claire Naudin turned to Pinot Noir vines from another region, thus creating the BiNaume trading activity with her partner Jean-Yvez Bizot. Developed as naturally as possible, this red is fresh, digestible and should be served slightly chilled. Perfect for a beef carpaccio or veal liver.
