The Portuguese water dog is a breed native to the southern coast of the country, which traditionally helped fishermen by directing fish to their nets. It also inspired the label of this cuvée with a ripe fruit profile and silky tannins. A semi-dry wine with the perfect style to accompany sweet and sour ribs.
