Guy Lafleur and his partner Gilles Chevalier had a goal (pun intended) of creating a high-end wine brand. They were offered different cuvées by Canadian wine producers that would potentially appeal to the palate of the famous hockey legend. After several tastings of different blends, Guy's final choice fell on this Cabernet Franc cuvée from Tawse Winery. Aged in barrels for 16 months, this wine offers a rich substance with aromas of candied cherry, raspberry, tobacco, spices and toasted oak.
