The town of Piglio, at the origin of this appellation that features the obscure "Cesanese" grape variety, is located only about 30 kilometers from Rome. "Abbi Nova" refers to an ancient Roman road that linked the city to Abruzzo, on the other side of the Apennine Mountain range. Vibrant, this handcrafted wine expresses itself with a charming fruity character and an intense floral touch reminiscent of the deep scents of lavender. It is served slightly chilled with antipasti to start the aperitif!
