Buy this cuvée online and get renowned actor and wine producer John Malkovich’s autograph.
Acclaimed actor and performing arts do-it-all, John Malkovich has owned a vineyard since the early 1980s. Located in the Vaucluse, in the heart of Provence, it was the idea of raising his children far from the big cities that started the project, although the vines were planted in the early 2000s. And curiously, despite the fact that the region is quite welcoming to Grenache and Syrah, he rather opted for Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Strange? Certainly. Blended in the same cuvée? Even more! But from an actor who takes on more eccentric and unique roles, perhaps that was to be expected. Anyway, the wine surprises with its red fruit-driven profile, delicate vegetal touch, well-integrated wood despite its 12 months in new French oak barrels, and a flexible tannic structure.
