Jean-Marie Brousset created the small estate of La Vinoterie in 2017 and now cultivates 4.2 hectares using organic farming methods. The winery is located on the site of an old mill, but with the disappearance of this profession and the arrival of viticulture, the "M" was transformed into a "V" giving birth to La Vinoterie. The White Rabbit cuvée is made from equal parts of chardonnay and chenin blanc. It has aromas of bergamot and almond with a nice tension on the palate. No added sulfites.
