Andrea Cervini is the winemaker of Vino del Poggio and grows over 4 hectares of vines on the hills of Piacenza in western Emilia-Romagna. His winemaking is natural, and the Bianco cuvée undergoes a long 6-month skin maceration of malvasia di candia in stainless steel tanks. This aromatic wine reveals notes of sweet almond, gingerbread, and orange blossom.
