Natural orange wine from Haut-Rhin, in Alsace. Coming from a co-planted plot, the grape varieties of the blend (riesling, pinot gris, pinot blanc, muscat, gewurztraminer) are harvested and vinified together, over a gentle 5-day maceration. The result is a site-specifc wine, where the grape varieties each express themselves in their own time. The floral of the muscat gives way to the white pepper of the gewurzt and so on. A wine of pure pleasure.
