Between white and rosé, this natural wine from Alsace is a blend of Riesling, Auxerrois, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Muscat, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir in co-plantation. The white and red grape varieties are treated as a whole, harvested and vinified together. The result is a semi-translucent pink-red color, intense aromas of red berries, jasmine, herbs and peaches.
