The Tibaldi family is located in the southwest of the Roero appellation where they have been making wine for four generations. Daniela and Monica have taken control of the cellar immersed in the rocks of the estate. The Tibaldi sisters make sure to respect the biodiversity of the vineyard which has an area of ​​only 8 ha and which is entirely certified organic. All work is done by hand. The primary objective is to obtain an authentic wine that expresses the typicality of the terroir.
