Since 2009, Gustave Lorentz has converted all his 33 hectares of vineyards to organic farming, obtaining Ecocert certification in 2012. Eager to go even further, the estate has made the "Évidence" range a 100% vegan certified collection, excluding any animal products from its production. This range yields deliberately very dry wines, where minerality is fully manifested, and where Pinot Blanc finds its ease in a clean, expressive and gourmet interpretation. An ideal wine for your aperitif, but also an excellent companion to fine-fleshed fish or mildly seasoned seafood.
