Alban Michel founded Les Sabots d’Hélène in 2005 and cultivates 8 hectares in the village of Feuilla, near the Corbières massif. He trained with several natural winemakers in the Rhône Valley, which helped him gain a strong understanding of organic viticulture. The Pif not Dead cuvée is made from carignan, grenache blanc, and grenache rouge, all destemmed and macerated for 10 days.
