This minimalist approach highlights the grape’s freshness while expressing a free-spirited, vibrant character. Kleftes refers to Greek guerrilla fighters, historical symbols of resistance, and reflects the rebellious soul of this cuvée. Produced by Domaine Markou, a long-time organic grower, it fits perfectly into Quebec’s growing enthusiasm for Greek wines. Enjoy on its own or with your favourite seafood and fish dishes.
