More than a simple spirit, it is a project initiated to support the Épilepsie Montérégie organization, to which the profits will be donated. Created in collaboration with several partners, including the La Chaufferie distillery in Granby, this "grain to bottle" gin features classic aromas, enhanced by the charming yet delicate fruitiness of apricot and the soothing, penetrating touch of lavender. Since a burden sustained in a group becomes a feather, the name of this gin refers to the five foundations of the organization: communication, freedom, uniqueness, comfort and lightness.
