This champagne is the embodiment of Madame Bollinger’s audacity. Released just a few months after disgorging, this very low dosage Extra Brut cuvée offers a delicious nose of marzipan, stewed apricot, honey, bread and bergamot. The rich and precise palate reveals flavours of Mirabelle plum, vine peach and citrus fruits. A very complex and persistent champagne which reveals a saline finish. To fully appreciate it, serve at 12°C.
