Paolo Morandini decided in 2018 to recover two plots belonging to his father. A very small 1.2 ha of vines located mainly in Marano di Valpolicella and a small plot in Torbe. La Venta, his vineyard, is named after this typical wind from the Lessini Mountains, Paolo's region of origin (it reminds him of home). When it blows for more than three days, it means not only a change of season, but also a change of life.
