Located on the Beamsville Bench in the heart of the Niagara Escarpment, Cave Spring was the first winery to earn Sustainable Winegrowing Ontario certification for both its vineyards and winemaking facilities. This wine comes from the Cave Spring vineyard, nestled along the slopes of the Niagara Escarpment overlooking Lake Ontario. Benefiting from barrel ageing and lees contact, it delights with its fruit-forward character, enhanced by delicate dairy notes and subtle toasted accents. An elegant white wine that pairs beautifully with a cheeseboard featuring local Canadian cheeses.
