In the cellar, Jasper Raats ensures the purity of the fruit and the raw expression of the terroir are preserved. The ageing process, carried out with finesse, takes place in French oak barrels (20% new). A wine without artifice, without embellishment, that perfectly embodies the typicity of Syrah.
