The Cave d'Estézargues is rather modest in size for a cooperative winery, with just ten or so member families supplying the grapes.
C'est dans le Sac is an organic wine vinified without chemical inputs, with the sole aim of delighting the palate with its fruitiness and fluidity. Packaging in a bag considerably reduces the carbon footprint compared with a glass bottle. A small gesture for the environment.
