Stéphane Orieux La Grande Pièce Muscadet-Sèvre et Maine 2023
Detailed info
After more than twenty years of work guided by the principles of organic farming, the estate has finally seen its efforts rewarded with the ECOCERT certification. In 1997, Stéphane Orieux, representing the third generation of family winemakers, took over the vineyards with a clear ambition: to produce pure and precise wines. Made from a selection of vines over 40 years old, this wine benefits from manual harvesting, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and eight months of ageing on the lees. A white wine bursting with freshness—perfect alongside ceviche or fried calamari.
