Denny Bini has been producing wines in Coviolo (Emilia-Romagna) since 2007. The 5 ha vineyard is maintained with full respect for the environment and all sparkling wines are obtained by the ancestral method (bottle refermentation). Vinified with a blend of Malvasia di Candia, Spergola and Moscato grapes. The 4-days maceration gives this wine some nice citrus and herbs aromas. It has a well balanced acidity and an excellent drinkability.
