51.151 celebrates Francesco Moser's Hour Record in Mexico City in 1984. Chardonnay grapes are hand-harvested from limestone soils in the Adige and Cembra valleys. The wine is whole-bunch pressed, fermented, and aged in stainless steel tanks and large oak casks. It features a fine perlage, straw-yellow color, fresh aromas, and a dry, fresh taste with a long-lasting finish. Average production: 60,000 bottles/year.
