Entirely hand-harvested for this cru. This Vacqueyras develops generous aromas dominated by red and black fruits, with floral notes such as violets. The palate is ample, rich and full-bodied. An imposing tannic structure without being aggressive. A wine of elegance and intensity. Enjoy with chuck of beef with wine and onions, leg of lamb Provençal style, cheeses and charcuterie. Serving temperature: between 16°C and 18°C. Sugar content : 1.10 g/L. Aging potential 5 - 7 years
