- 30 ml (1 oz.) almond liqueur
- 75 ml (2 1/2 oz.) orange juice
- 75 ml (2 1/2 oz.) grapefruit juice
- 5 lemon balm leaves (alternative: mint, basil, lime or lemon mint)
- Ice cubes
- Diced green apple
- 1 mint leaf

In a shaker
Preparation
Combine all ingredients, except for the apple, in a shaker containing the ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish with diced green apple and mint leaf.
