Amarante
- 45 mL (1 1/2 oz.) armagnac (or another brandy)
- 10 mL (1/3 oz.) lime cordial (or lime syrup)
- 180 mL (6 oz.) lemon-lime soda
- 3 ice cubes
- 7 mint leaves
- 1 sprig fresh mint, for garnish
Combine the armagnac and lime cordial in a highball glass containing a few mint leaves.
Using a muddler, gently press the mint leaves to release their flavour.
Add the ice cubes.
Top up with the lemon-lime soda.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
