Anis Fresco

- 30 ml (1 oz.) anise liqueur (like Sambuca)
- 60 ml (2 oz.) cranberry juice
- A splash of lemon juice
- Club Soda
- Lemon wedges
Combine the anise liqueur, cranberry juice and lemon juice in a highball glass containing a few ice cubes.
Stir with a mixing spoon.
Top up with club soda.
Garnish with the lemon wedges.
