- 30 ml (1 oz.) dry gin
- Sparkling wine
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) rosemary syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig of rosemary

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a flute using an ice strainer.
Top up with sparkling wine.
