Shamrock
- 150 ml (5 oz.) stout beer
- 30 ml (1 oz.) Irish whiskey
- 120 ml (4 oz.) white cranberry juice
- A splash of green mint syrup
- Ice cubes
Combine the whiskey, cranberry juice and mint syrup in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a beer glass using an ice strainer.
Slowly add the beer, pouring it down the side of the glass to create a layered cocktail.
