Banana Daiquiri

- 30 ml (1 oz.) white rum
- 1/2 banana
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) lime juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) cane syrup (simple syrup)
- 3 or 4 ice cubes
- 1 slice of banana (as garnish)
Peel the halved banana and cut into pieces.Combine all ingredients in the blender except the banana slice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a margarita glass.
Garnish with the banana slice.
Pro tip
For something a little different, try using citrus-flavoured rum instead of white rum.
