Basil Park

- 15 ml (½ oz.) raspberry syrup
- 15 ml (½ oz.) lemon juice
- 2 basil leaves, halved
- 38 ml (1 ¼ oz.) gin
- 60 ml (2 oz.) lemon-lime sparkling water
- Ice cubes
- Basil leaf for decoration
Combine raspberry syrup, lemon juice, basil leaves, gin, and a few ice cubes in a shaker.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Pour in wine glass and top with sparkling water.
Decorate with basil leaf.
