Dry gin + Carbonated water + Lemon juice

  • 15 ml (½ oz.) raspberry syrup
  • 15 ml (½ oz.) lemon juice
  • 2 basil leaves, halved
  • 38 ml (1 ¼ oz.) gin
  • 60 ml (2 oz.) lemon-lime sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Basil leaf for decoration
In a shaker

Combine raspberry syrup, lemon juice, basil leaves, gin, and a few ice cubes in a shaker.

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Pour in wine glass and top with sparkling water.

Decorate with basil leaf.
