Island beauty

- 40 ml (1 1/4 oz.) pear and cognac liqueur
- 150 ml (5 oz.) club soda
- 3 lime slices
- Fresh mint leaves
- Ice cubes
In a highball glass, pour half of the pear and cognac liqueur.
Using a muddler, crush the lime slices and fresh mint leaves in the glass.
Add ice cubes and dilute with club soda.
Top with the other half of the pear and cognac liqueur.
Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime.
