Bellini
- 2 peaches
- 90 ml (3 oz.) sparkling wine
Peel peaches.
Cut peaches in half and remove stones.
Pulverize peaches in electric blender until they puréed.
Spoon 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) peach purée in a flute.
Pour sparkling wine slowly into the flute.
Mix using mixing spoon.
