Ingredients

  • 330 g (2/3 lb) de petits pétoncles
  • 30 ml (2 c. à soupe) de jus de lime ou de jus de citron
  • 2 ml (1/2 c. à thé) de cumin moulu
  • Sel et poivre noir du moulin

Salsa fruitée :

  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de tomates épépinées, coupées en petits dés
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de concombre, coupé en petits dés
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de poivron jaune, coupé en petits dés
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de mangue, coupée en petits dés
  • 125 ml (1/2 tasse) de fraises, coupées en petits dés
  • 60 ml (1/4 tasse) de coriandre fraîche, hachée
  • Sel et poivre noir du moulin

Preparation

  1. Slice the scallops in half, widthwise.
  2. Place in a bowl and drizzle with lime or lemon juice.
  3. Add the cumin and season generously. Stir and set aside.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the salsa ingredients.
  5. Fill small appetizer spoons with salsa and top each with a slice of scallop.
  6. Place on a tray and serve to your guests.
