Honey Boulevardier

- 30 ml (1 oz.) honey liquor
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) white vermouth
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) bitter liqueur (like Amaro)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon zest
Combine all the ingredients into a mixing glass containing ice cubes.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Garnish with lemon zest.
