Brandy Crusta

- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) brandy
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) orange liqueur
- 8 ml (1/4 oz.) (or 2 full mixing spoons) maraschino liqueur
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) lemon juice
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Ice cubes
- Orange zest
Rim the glass with sugar.
Combine all the ingredients into a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 secondes.
Strain into a chilled port glass using an ice strainer.
Garnish the rim with orange zest.
