- 30 ml (1 oz.) rum and coconut beverage
- 250 ml (1 cup) frozen Quebec strawberries
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) cranberry sauce (homemade or store bought)
- 250 ml (1 cup) ice cubes
- 2 fresh strawberries, for garnish

Serves 2: Combine all ingredients, except for the fresh strawberries, in a blender containing ice cubes.
Blend until smooth (smoothie-style mixture).
Pour into two old-fashioned glasses.
Garnish each drink with a fresh strawberry.
