- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) anise-flavoured spirit (like pastis)
- 30 ml (1 oz.) citrus liqueur
- 120 ml (4 oz.) pink grapefruit
- Crushed ice
- 1 grapefruit wedge
Combine all ingredients, except for the grapefruit wedge, in a highball glass containing crushed ice.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
