- 4 fresh watermelon slices
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lime juice
- 25 ml (3/4 oz.) simple syrup
- 3 fresh basil leaves

- Basil leaves or 1 watermelon slice

Combine all the ingredients, except the garnishes into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Double-strain using an ice strainer into a chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with basil leaves or a slice of watermelon.
