Grilled Pineapple and Ham Skewers

Ingredients
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) whole-grain mustard
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) maple syrup
- 10 cubes of cooked ham (roughly 1")
- 10 cubes pineapple (roughly 1")
- 1 green pepper, seeded and cut into squares (roughly 1")
- Freshly ground pepper to taste
- 10 small skewers
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 200 °C (400 °F).
- In a bowl, combine the whole-grain mustard and maple syrup.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix until it coated.
- Thread a cube of ham, a cube of pineapple and a piece of green pepper onto each skewer.
- Repeat until all picks are filled.
- Drizzle with remaining marinade.
- Place skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
