Mumbai Mist


- 60 ml (2 oz.) whisky and maple liqueur
- 30 ml (1 oz.) lemon liqueur
- 250 ml (8 1/3 oz.) boiling water
- 2 bags Earl Grey (or black) tea
- Ice cubes
- 2 pieces orange peel
- 6 slices orange or lemon
Serves 2
Steep the tea for five minutes in a small saucepan containing boiling water.
Remove the tea bags.
Add the remaining liquid ingredients.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Pour into two old-fashioned glasses filled with ice cubes.
Squeeze a piece of orange peel over each drink.
Garnish with citrus slices.
