  • 60 ml (2 oz.) vodka
  • 15 ml (1/2 oz.) bitter liqueur (like Campari)
  • 150 ml (5 oz.) ginger ale
  • 8 ml (1/4 oz.) lemon juice
  • 8 ml (1/4 oz.) sugar cane syrup (simple syrup)
  • Ice cubes

In a shaker
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients, except for the ginger ale, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.

Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.

Strain into a champagne flute using an ice strainer.

Top up with the ginger ale.
