Love Bubbles

- 30 ml (1 oz.) vodka
- Rosé champagne (or sparkling rosé wine)
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) ginger syrup
- 4 mint leaves
- 2 tbsp. strawberry purée
- Ice cubes
- 1 strawberry
Place the strawberry purée and mint leaves in a shaker.
Add the ginger syrup.
Crush using a muddler.
Pour in the vodka.
Add the ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into a flute using an ice strainer and a sieve.
Top up with rosé champagne.
Garnish with the strawberry.
