Holiday Bubbles


- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) almond liqueur
- Sparkling wine
- Blackcurrant liqueur
- 1 sugar cube
- Lemon and orange zest
Soaked sugar cubes: Pour some blackcurrant liqueur in a bowl. Dip sugar cubes until they become completely pink. You can prepare these in advance; they’ll become easier to handle.
Place a sugar cube in a flute.
Pour almond liqueur.
Top up with sparkling wine.
Grate lemon and orange above flute.
