- 45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) irish cream
- 30 ml (1 oz.) spiced rum
- 60 ml (2 oz.) coffee
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) maraschino cherry juice
- Ice cubes
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) cinnamon
- 15 ml (1 tbsp.) sugar
Rim a martini glass with the cinnamon and sugar.
Pour the maraschino cherry juice into the bottom of the martini glass.
Combine the rest of the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Gently strain into the martini glass using an ice strainer.
