Maple iced coffee

- 30 ml (1 oz.) maple cream
- 60 ml (2 oz.) water
- 15 ml (1/2 oz.) milk
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
- Ice cubes
- 1 mint leaf
Combine all the ingredients, except for the mint leaf, in a shaker filled with ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
Strain into an old-fashioned glass containing a few ice cubes using an ice strainer.
Garnish with the mint leaf.
