- 125 mL (1/2 cup) maple cream drink
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) 2% milk
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 L (4 cups) espresso coffee, hot
- 250 mL (1 cup) whipped cream
In a saucepan, heat the milk and the spices.
Add the maple cream and stir.
Add one cup of hot espresso coffee to each glass or mug. Then divide the heated milk mixture among the glasses.
Top each glass with whipped cream.
