Caipi Tai


- 30 ml (1 oz.) sugar-cane eau de vie (like Leblon)
- 30 ml (1 oz.) spiced rum
- 22 ml (3/4 oz.) orgeat syrup
- 4 lime wedges
- Ice cubes
Mash 4 lime wedges in the bottom of an old-fashioned glass using a pestle.
Pour in sugar-cane eau de vie and orgeat syrup.
Add ice cubes.
Stir using a mixing spoon.
Slowly add spiced rum to make it float.
